Job Duty:

  •  Source materials          
  • Perform supplier benchmarking, cost analysis, and negotiate price          
  • Seek new and qualified suppliers both within China and internationally; China /local travel may be needed with quality engineers to perform audit          
  • Provide pricing guidance to OEM supplier          
  • Use ERP system to schedule the supply of material and production schedule          
  • Maintain  mold and machine capacity report          
  • Coordinate customer orders with OEM supplier and ensure on time delivery          
  • Monitor inventory level and provide timely material reports         
  • Handle customer orders and provide timely reports          
  • Prepare shipment booking and related matters with logistics partners          
  • Prepare Efficiency and On-Time Delivery Reports          
  • Prepare shipping cost analyses          
  • Prepare packing efficiency for new product development


Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above 
  • 4-5 yrs experience in purchasing in Garment Accessories / Paper / Printing / Packaging
  • Strong analytical mind and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge and essential in Excel
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
