Requirement:
- Degree
- At least 8 years working experience in quality assurance in consumer electronics products in factory
- lead Quality Team, PQE, Quality Engineer/ISO Engineer and QC inspectors to maintain QA & QC function for both internal & external parties
- Worked with a cross-functional team to manage quality issues in New Production Introductions (NPI) program. Resolving issues in material or process to successfully reach mass production;
- Worked with internal teams and customer to identify all risks in manufacturing process and establish appropriate action plans to reduce / eliminate risk through PFMEA
- Established control plans based on customer requirements and PFMEA for incoming, in process, outgoing and reliability inspection;
- Drove the implementation of process control in critical process that will impact product quality;
- Initiated activities and programs for continuous improvement on product’s quality and manufacturing processes; and
- Managed field returns and complaints.
- Knowledge of Quality system, ISO 9001, ISO14000……etc
- Good communication skills and leadership skills.
- Good in spoken of Mandarin and written in Chinese
- 5 days Stay in China
