Assistant QA Manager / QA Manager – Factory- 13485

l    Manage the laboratory, quality control and document control team to the factory

l   Formulate and manage all functions of Quality Assurance and Quality Control program, policies and procedures.

l   Manage and maintain QC processes and ensure proper documentation in place.

l   Work closely with line managers to ensure workflows and products are complying with customers and international standards.

l   Organize customer audits, certification process, failure analysis, and corrective action plan.

l   Conduct and organize seminar or training: for staffs related to quality requirements.

Requirements:

l   Degree holder or above in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.

l   8 years or above solid experience in QA/QC, min. 3 years in managerial level in medical, mechanical or electronic manufacturing.

l   Familiar with 13485

l   Strong command of English and Mandarin

l   Immediate available is an advantage.

l   Proactive, self-motivated, strong ownership, quick response and result oriented
