- 8 year in qa in toys in Trading or buying office
- Guide and direct the team in China to meet the customer’s quality requirement
- Maintaining KPI to provide on-time document to customer and improve the internal process
- Interface between Sales, customers, factories, and QA team on all product technical requirements.
- Ensure all customer requirements are met throughout the development and manufacturing process
- Ensure all customer testing protocols be implemented in all production stages.
- Solve any technical issues by negotiation and best practice with customers
