Requirements:
- At least tertiary education in a relevant area like supply chain management or global logistics management
- Preferably at least 6 year relevant work experience in sales, account management, or customer solutions within Contract Logistics
- A sharp analytical mind and the ability to solve problems creatively
- A strong commercial sense and the ability to negotiate and influence effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (MS Office package) and business tender preparation
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Job Description
- Be the customer’s main liaison for strategic and operational issues, especially commercial and critical operational ones
- Negotiate win-win solutions that balance customer and operational needs
- Handle and resolve any customer concerns or complaints
- Demonstrate how the company’s solutions can solve real-world problems and create value for customers in different sectors and markets
