Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Engineering Manager – Consumer Electronic / Cable – Factory

Responsibilities:

  •       Plan and execute company sales strategies and achieve sales target
  •       Develop, explore and cultivate new sales and business opportunities for the Digital Cable products
  •       Provide account management service, build & maintain good business relationship with customers to enhance customer loyalty and develop new business opportunities for getting sustainable business and sales growth;
  •       Communicate customers’ order requirements / complaints to the factory, technical and sales support team and do necessary negotiation to ensure customers’ needs are met;
  •       Gather update market information on the product trend, pricing and demand to help formulate the business development, sales & marketing and pricing strategies of the products;
  •       Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor Degree holder or above in Business or Engineering or equivalent disciplines;
  •  5 years’ sales and key account management experience in electronic OEM business; knowledge in consumer electronics / cable products 
  •  Good technical sense and overall business operation knowhow;
  •  Aggressive, sales oriented and with sound track record in exploring new sales opportunities
  •  Self-motivated, independent, with aggressive working attitude
  •  Fast learner, attentive to details and service oriented;
  •  Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  •  Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
