Responsibilities:
- Follow up order
- Prepare quotations

- Building and maintaining a strong business relationship with the client.
- Collaborated with the R&D team to develop product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
- Conducted market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Collaborated with purchasing teams to develop pricing strategies that maximized profitability
- Monitored orders and managed materials forecast to ensure smooth production processes.
- Coordinated with the legal department to negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Supervised marketing staff at the Hong Kong headquarters and China factory, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Prepared training materials for new staffs, ensuring their seamless integration into the company.
- Proactively visited existing and potential customers to expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 6 -8 years of relevant work experience in sales & marketing, preferably in electronics in factory
- Experience in OEM industries
- Good team player, well organized, able to work independently and under pressure
- Computer literate, hand-on MS Office skills and good presentation skill
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Willing to travel to China factory and overseas when required
