Responsibilities:

  • Follow up order
  • Prepare quotations 
  • Product development 
  • Served as the key account manager
  • Building and maintaining a strong business relationship with the client. 
  • Collaborated with the R&D team to develop product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and market competitiveness. 
  • Conducted market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies, providing valuable insights for business decision-making. 
  • Collaborated with purchasing teams to develop pricing strategies that maximized profitability
  • Monitored orders and managed materials forecast to ensure smooth production processes. 
  • Coordinated with the legal department to negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Supervised marketing staff at the Hong Kong headquarters and China factory, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Prepared training materials for new staffs, ensuring their seamless integration into the company.
  • Proactively visited existing and potential customers to expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 6 -8 years of relevant work experience in sales & marketing, preferably in electronics in factory 
  • Experience in OEM industries 
  • Good team player, well organized, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Computer literate, hand-on MS Office skills and good presentation skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Willing to travel to China factory and overseas when required
