Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive export sales strategy to penetrate US Markets
- Develop and execute the brand strategies aligned with the company’s growth strategy and business status
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trend
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing an potential clients, negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
- Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data and prepare reports for management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
- Attend trade shows, industry conferences and networking events to promote products / services and expand business opportunities
- Ad-hoc assignment when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Sales / Marketing / Engineering or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years solid Sales and Marketing experience in any construction related materials / products, exposure in artificial / reconstituted stones will be an added advantage
- Past successful track records in handling or building export / overseas market businesses would be an advantage
- Excellent customer relationship, communication skills will be advantageous
- Good communication skill in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Occasional travel is required
