An electronic company is looking for caliber candidates to apply their position:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate manpower can be allocated to each product lines to support their business
- Closely monitor the slow moving items and aging stock and to alert management to take action
- Timely review of customer agreement and contract and give suggestion to COO
- Maintain ERP authority setting and assign authority/ access level appropriately and ensure the system can support the sales operations
- Manage of sales admin team in terms of quality of work, efficiency, proper documentation and filing system.
- Establish and update the Sales Operations Policy and Procedure/ Manual whenever necessary
- Closely communicate with product line managers to provide adequate support to meet frontline requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or business-related discipline
- Min. 5 years relevant experience in Electronics components
- With experience in sales administration workflow and process
- Good experience in dealing with contract manufacturer
- Familiar with MRP/ ERP system is a MUST
- Strong supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mind, responsible and proactive
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese – Mandarin
