Responsibilities:
- Support Shipping Manager and lead shipping clerks to manage daily shipments
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure on-time delivery
- Handle shipping data analysis and monthly report
- Lead and drive the RFQ process of logistics service providers and freight forwarders
- Conduct cost analysis aiming for cost reduction
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics or related disciplines
- 8 years’ solid experience in shipping or logistics management with 2 years’ or above supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of import and export customs formality
- Hands-on experience in full set L/C documents
- Experience in process improvement and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and proficient in MS Excel
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin.
