Requirements & Qualifications
- Professional Qualification: HKICPA Practising Certificate holder (or eligible to hold) / US CPA or equivalent internationally recognized CPA credential.
- Experience: Minimum 10–12+ years of audit experience with substantial leadership exposure in listed company audits and IPO engagements.
- Firm Background: Big 4 or reputable 2nd-tier CPA firm audit background is strongly preferred.
- Track Record: Solid, proven expertise in HKEX-listed issuers (PIEs), or PCAOB audit standards, or capital market / IPO transactions.
- Personal Attributes: High agility, strong execution power, proactive leadership, and a proven ability to thrive in a growing, expanding firm.
- Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Leading a team of Associate team-members
- Well experience in Senior Manager will be considerate

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership and accountability for the delivery of assigned audit and assurance engagements.
- Strategic Portfolio Leadership: Drive audit quality, technical excellence, and engagement delivery across HKEX-listed companies, US SEC-registered entities, and/or capital market listings (IPOs).
- Technical Advisory & Transactions: Leverage strong technical and engagement leadership capabilities to serve as a subject matter expert for complex financial reporting, IPO submissions, and specialized accounting matters under HKFRS, IFRS and/or USGAAP.
- Hands-on Quality Control: Maintain active engagement involvement, ensuring strict compliance with AFRC, HKICPA, and PCAOB standards. Drive firm-wide inspection readiness.
- Talent Development: Mentor and coach Senior Managers and Managers, building execution capabilities across the team.
- Partnership Track: This position serves as a direct pathway to becoming an engagement partner with full authority to sign off on audited reports.
