Asst Human Resources Manager / Senior HR Officer

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning, compensation and benefits and employee relations
  • Responsible for monthly HR reports, annual salary review, annual performance appraisal analysis and annual group insurance policy renewal
  • Planning and executing HR strategies to meet company’s business objectives
  • Engage in developing and delivering training programs
  • Coordinate the company-wide event management
  • Provide administrative support to management team
  • Perform any ad hoc duties when required


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant HR experience gained from sizable company
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
