Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning, compensation and benefits and employee relations
- Responsible for monthly HR reports, annual salary review, annual performance appraisal analysis and annual group insurance policy renewal
- Planning and executing HR strategies to meet company’s business objectives
- Engage in developing and delivering training programs
- Coordinate the company-wide event management
- Provide administrative support to management team
- Perform any ad hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 8-10 years of relevant HR experience gained from sizable company
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
