Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Manager in Strategic Planning and Objectives Setting
- Manage daily operations of the service team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of service systems and processes
- Work as a strategic business partner with Sales and Project Team to achieve business objectives
- Provide advance technical support and trouble shoot complex equipment issues
- Coordinate and oversee warranty services in line with company policies
- Utilize ERP systems for streamlined operations and accurate record-keeping
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering, OR a related technical field
- At least 10 years of experience in technical service roles, including 5 years in a managerial OR supervisory capacity, experience in the catering equipment industry is advantageous
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, proficiency in using diagnostic tools
- Preferred certifications: Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B), or other relevant professional certifications in equipment maintenance or services management
