Responsibilities:
- To overseeing the daily operations of the service team
- The delivery of efficient and high-quality support across all operational aspects, including installation, calibration and maintenance of catering equipment
- Responsibilities include training new technicians, maintaining equipment reliability, enhancing customer satisfaction, and effectively managing team operation
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 10 years of experience in technical service roles, including 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity, experience in the catering equipment industry is advantages
- Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B), OR other relevant professional certifications in equipment maintenance OR services management
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, proficiency in using diagnostic tools
- Experience with ERP System
