Responsibilities:

  • ERP Lifecycle & System Implementation
    • Spearheaded the end-to-end ERP development lifecycle, from initial user requirement studies and feasibility analyses to system design and configuration.
    • Directed comprehensive system testing, data migration, and deployment phases to ensure flawless go-live transitions.
    • Provided dedicated post-implementation support and managed ongoing system maintenance to guarantee maximum uptime.
    Project Management & Governance
    • Formulated detailed project schedules and successfully delivered all critical milestones ahead of schedule.
    • Aligned digital transformation scopes with corporate strategy while strictly adhering to internal IT governance policies.
    • Managed project risks, resources, and budgets to ensure compliant and cost-effective system rollouts.
    Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management
    • Partnered with cross-functional business users and technical IT teams to bridge communication gaps and define project requirements.
    • Facilitated organizational change management, driving 100% user adoption of new systems to boost daily operational productivity.
    • Conducted customized user training sessions and built step-by-step documentation to ease the digital transition.
    Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement
    • Established organizational best practices by leading internal technical workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
    • Analyzed existing operational bottlenecks to design targeted software solutions, significantly increasing workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer studies
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on work with complex Oracle EBS implementations.
  • Project Lifecycle: Participation in at least 1 full-cycle implementation (from planning and design to go-live and support) of ERP project implementations
  • Good english, good in Mandarin
  • Familiar with ERP system is a must
