Responsibilities:
- Handle project from design stage to construction stage;
- Prepare full set of interior design details and shop drawing;
- Project liaison and coordination with clients, consultants, vendors and Subcontractors;
- Meeting with Client, Designer, Consultants etc.;
Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design, Arctitecture, Construction Management or equivalent;
- At least 7 years relevant working experience in Luxury Residential Project OR Shopping Mall Project
- 4 years or above relevant working experience in show-flat, commercial and residential clients
- Strong Experience in space planning / conceptual design / sketching / technical coordination and drawing production
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS office
