Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management

  • Factory Partnerships: Build and secure strategic alliances with high-quality manufacturers across Asia and Europe.
  • Margin Optimization: Oversee negotiation strategies for bulk pricing, credit terms, and manufacturing contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Internal Audit support

2. Supply Chain & Logistics Excellence

  • Logistics Oversight: Drive relationship strategies with freight forwarders to navigate shipping volatility and ensure timely delivery.
  • Capital Balancing: Manage inventory risk by aligning stock levels with seasonal spikes (e.g., Q4 holiday cooking season) while optimizing cash flow.

3. Market Expansion & Channel Strategy

  • B2B & HoReCa Growth: Direct commercial strategies to secure large accounts with European retail chains, department stores, and hospitality clients.
  • VIP Client Management: Personally follow up and serve high-value Europe VIP accounts to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Portfolio Strategy: Evaluate and determine the mix between third-party distribution, licensed brands, and proprietary white-label private brands.

4. Corporate Finance & Governance

  • P&L Responsibility: Hold ultimate accountability for total revenue growth, overhead cost control, and net profitability.
  • Capital Allocation: Direct corporate reinvestments into product line expansion, new geographical markets, or advanced ERP enterprise software.

Job Requirements

  • Education: University Degree holder or equivalent executive qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of executive-level experience as a CEO within the Hardgoods, Kitchenware, Toys, Home decoration trading and export sector.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep operational expertise in exporting to European markets and managing global distribution channels.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing a team of 100+ staff within a Hong Kong corporate structure.
  • Languages: Native or fluent command of English, with good proficiency in Mandarin
