Job description
- Assist in the office work
- Handle general clerical work and office affairs such as data entry, answering phone calls, filing documents and templates, etc.
- Handle general office administrative tasks such as ordering stationery, etc.
- May require field work (e.g. Go to bank, Go post office)
- Perform other assigned tasks
Job requirements
- Should have basic computer skills such as: MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, Chinese input method, etc.
- Good communication skills
- Those who understand Mandarin will be given priority
