Job description

  • Assist in the office work
  • Handle general clerical work and office affairs such as data entry, answering phone calls, filing documents and templates, etc.
  • Handle general office administrative tasks such as ordering stationery, etc.
  • May require field work (e.g. Go to bank, Go post office)
  • Perform other assigned tasks

Job requirements

  • Should have basic computer skills such as: MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, Chinese input method, etc.
  • Good communication skills
  • Those who understand Mandarin will be given priority
