Job Responsibilities
- Handle customers enquires, complaints and request
- Coordinate with internal parties in addressing customer requirements
- Responsible follow up sales activities, sales orders and payment issue
- Prepare documents and reports to support operation
- Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 1 year of relevant experience, Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking capability
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Cantonese and Japanese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
