Job Duties:

  • Assisted with invoice processing
  • Updated ship-related reports
  • Provided administrative support
  • Oversaw the daily office operations
  • Supported reception duties
  • Ordered stationery and printed documents for vessels
  • Handled telephone calls and appointments
  • Managed office supplies, equipment maintenance

Job Requirements:

  • HKCEE / DSE graduated
  • At least 1-2 years of experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • MS Office Application (Words, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good commend in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
