Responsibilities:
- Administer audit schedule and pre-audit coordination with suppliers
- Conduct Code of Conduct Audits in China and Asian countries
- Submit audit report in timely and quality manner
- Prepare regular updates to management
- Manage in-house factory database
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
- Assist internal and external social compliance
- Perform ad hoc visits & projects
- Travel to China
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years social compliance and audit experience for factories producing diversified merchandises in China and Asian countries
- Degree holder in Social Science or Accounting preferred
- High degree of work ethics and integrity is a must
- SA8000 Lead Auditor and background with animal welfare practices are absolute advantages
- Knowledgeable in local labor, health and safety and environmental laws as well as CSR standards such as EICC & SA8000
- Experience in developing and monitoring Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers will be a definite advantage
- Experience in suppliers’ training and coaching is highly preferred
- Knowledge of conflict mineral control
