Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of crucial mechanical engineering processes throughout the product development cycle, including ID analysis, conceptualization and design, prototype formulation, and manufacturing processes.
- Design mechanical components and assemblies emphasizing reliability, and maintainability.
- Prepare, modify, and release CAD drawings to verify the mechanical design’s fit, form, and function
- Handle OEM/ODM projects with overseas customers, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align project requirements and drive successful project outcomes.
- Perform engineering calculations to determine the size and strength of components. Solve design problems and check computations, contributing to the analytical design.
- Interface with suppliers and subject matter experts to identify and address technical risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 year in mechanical design in headphone, audio, wireless consumer electroniic in trading
- Extensive knowledge of plastic materials and experience in plastic injection.
- Solid knowledge and experience in small electronic device design.
- Expertise in using 3D CAD systems (Pro-E/SolidWorks preferred).
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
