- Special Skills: Decision making skills, Interpersonal & Communication skills (written, listening, verbal), demonstrate ability to do basic research and apply standard analytical skill, ability to handle business interpersonal relationships, identify customer expectations, avoid miss understandings and deal effectively in a multicultural environment, handling multiple priorities / tasks
- Language: Fluent Chinese/Mandarin and Good English
- Years of experience: 3 – 4 years in Customer Service, Sales Support with at least 2 year working in multinational environment
- Well organized. Proven successful experience in a job with high demands for attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Understanding / Experience in Retail Business and Customer Services
- Has the ability to work with little direct supervision to identify potential problems and initiate actions to eliminate or minimize their impact on fulfilling customer needs
- Demonstrate ability to be a proactive member of an extended team of people inside and outside of the company with shared responsibilities for common business objectives
- Good communication skills and able to deal with customers of the issues related to retail business effectively
- Detail-minded and willing to learn
- Previous exposure to the retail apparel, footwear and accessories are a plus.
- Strong numerical sense with analytical mind, data and project management skills.
- Knowledge with Powerpoint to prepare presentation materials.
- Knowledge with Excel: vlookup and pivot table is a must.
