Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining Cost Accounting System; including standard and actual data of raw material cost, BOM and route data.
- Identify all the cost factors and make suggestion for the cost control
- Assist the Sales and Marketing department in preparing the new products’ quotations.
- Inventory Management; monthly inventory analysis, scrap analysis and excessive inventory analysis
- Cost Analysis; analyzing actual manufacturing cost and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
- Financial Accounting
- Financial Analysis; cost of sales analysis, marginal profit analysis, purchases price variance (PPV) analysis and labor efficiency analysis.
- Conduct internal audit requested
- Monthly forecasting for material and labor consumption as well as the factory overhead cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, Qualified Accountant
- 8 experience in Costing Accounting in factory
- Strong skills in data consolidation, Excel, PowerPoint required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, multi-tasking, attention to details, proactive and fast learner
- Familiar with ERP system
- Stay in Offshore, come back 2 time HK on each year
