  • Report to manager/general manager of the department
  • Provide customer service for charter flight service
    • Daily customer service for accounts
    • Coordination of flight scheduling
    • Flight tracking and cargo tracing
    • Invoice/settlement
    • Cargo claim
    • Sales support


  • Minimum 3 year experience in air cargo industry
    • Airline (Cargo Freighter/Passenger cargo department)
    • Freight forwarder/Courier/NVOCC
    • Ground handling company
    • Logistics / Trading company
  • College/University degree preferred
  • Familiar with MS office excel/word
  • Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin in Written and Spoken
