Customer Service Coordinator

Our client is a European trading company and they are looking for caliber candidates to apply their position:

  • Prepare quotation, sales orders and invoices to clients
  • Prepare purchase orders to the manufacturing plants in Europe and Local suppliers
  • Prepare shipping documents and delivery notes
  • Liaise with warehouse to arrange shipments
  • Liaise with freight forwarders locally and/or abroad

Requirements:

  • DSE / HKCEE graduated
  • 2-4 years experience in CS or sales & marketing
  • Good in communication skills
  • Good in computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good comment in English and Mandarin
