Customer Service Coordinator / Customer Service Executive (5 days work) (Fresh graduate)

Job Duties :      

  • Providing administrative and clerical support to our project teams, including, but not limited to, daily operational duties, data processing and document filing;
  • Liaising with internal and external parties on administrative and operation related matters;
  • Maintaining good communication and relationship with local clients and suppliers;
  • Handling customer enquiries;
  • Performing ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned;

Requirements :

  • Form 7 or above or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in coordinator industry;
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in Cantonese and have a good command of both spoken and written English;
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office; Chinese & English Word typing
