Our client is an expanding technology company focusing on design solutions for engineering, manufacturing, design, construction industries. It is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:
- l Coordinate with internal departments for customer service follow up.
- l Understanding customers’ needs , maintain good relationship with customer.
- l Promoting company products/services
- l Follow up the service contracts with customer.
- l Handle customer enquiries and complaints
Requirements:
- l Be responsible, active, considerable, independent and high self-discipline
- l Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in mandarin is an advantage.
- l Form 7 or above, with relevant/selling experiences is a plus
