Our client is an expanding technology company focusing on design solutions for engineering, manufacturing, design, construction industries. It is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Benefits: Bonus, 5-days, medical, 10AL

Responsibilities:

  • l   Coordinate with internal departments for customer service follow up.
  • l   Understanding customers’ needs , maintain good relationship with customer.
  • l   Promoting company products/services
  • l   Follow up the service contracts with customer.
  • l   Handle customer enquiries and complaints

Requirements:

  • l   Be responsible, active, considerable, independent and high self-discipline
  • l   Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in mandarin is an advantage.
  • l   Form 7 or above, with relevant/selling experiences is a plus
