Job Duties:

  • Handle customer’s enquiries through phone calls, emails 
  • Work closely with internal departments to provide customer services
  • Monthly report preparations


  • Diploma or degree holder
  • Good communication and manners delivered in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • 2- 3 years in customer service 
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication Skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Fast learner with passion on new technologies
  • Self-motivated, proactive and energetic team player
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • less overtime
