  • Handling all incoming phone calls and answer enquiries from customers
  • Schedule appointment, making travel plans
  • Liaise with internal department to maintain smooth operation
  • Provide clerical support
  • Mailing documents
  • Ad hoc projects assigned


  • Secondary school graduated
  • Minimum 1 year or above customer services / reception experience
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Good command of basic computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
