- Greeting visitors
- Handling all incoming phone calls and answer enquiries from customers
- Schedule appointment, making travel plans
- Liaise with internal department to maintain smooth operation
- Provide clerical support
- Mailing documents
- Ad hoc projects assigned
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduated
- Minimum 1 year or above customer services / reception experience
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Good command of basic computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
