Duties:

  • Indoor jobs 
  • Service exciting clients general inquiries 
  • Supporting clients/partners on-boarding process including preparation proposals, application, Know Your Client process, follow-up, etc…. 
  • Handling enquiries from clients and partners 
  • Continuous follow-up such as client reminders, regular review, etc. 
  • Familiarizing with product information and relevant materials 
  • Liaising with third party like Insurance companies, banks on clients/partners issue 
  • Facilitating other ad-hoc assignments 

Requirements

  • diploma 
  • Young and vibrant, detail-minded, well-organized, responsible and good interpersonal skills 
  • 0 – 1 years in customer Service in finance industry
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Mandarin 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Words, Power point, Excel, etc.) 
  • Less overtime
