Duties:
- Indoor jobs
- Service exciting clients general inquiries
- Supporting clients/partners on-boarding process including preparation proposals, application, Know Your Client process, follow-up, etc….
- Handling enquiries from clients and partners
- Continuous follow-up such as client reminders, regular review, etc.
- Familiarizing with product information and relevant materials
- Liaising with third party like Insurance companies, banks on clients/partners issue
- Facilitating other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- diploma
- Young and vibrant, detail-minded, well-organized, responsible and good interpersonal skills
- 0 – 1 years in customer Service in finance industry
- Good in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Words, Power point, Excel, etc.)
- Less overtime
