Responsibilities:
- Handle daily flight booking and
- Perform booking entry, data reporting and customer service inquires
- Monitor flights utilization and make sure to have space utilization
- Keep to communicate with customers
- Communicate with internal department
Requirements:
- Certificate
- 0-1 year in customer service and operation in forwarder
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC & MS Office application
- Fresh graduate will consider
