Customer Services Assistant – Forwarder / Logistic (Fresh grade will consider)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily flight booking and
  • Perform booking entry, data reporting and customer service inquires
  • Monitor flights utilization and make sure to have space utilization
  • Keep to communicate with customers 
  • Communicate with internal department 

Requirements:

  • Certificate
  • 0-1 year in customer service and operation in forwarder
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC & MS Office application
  • Fresh graduate will consider
