Duties:
• Perform devices hardware and software installation under required guidelines and compliances
• Perform devices troubleshooting and resolving under required guidelines and compliances
• Provide customer service handling at front desk counter and internal office regarding all kinds of devices enquiries
• Handle documents and reporting regarding the tasks assigned
• Perform any ad hoc where required
Qualification Requirements:
• Certificate/ Diploma in Computer Science related disciplines
• Basic knowledge in hardware / software installation and support with macOS & iOS
• Basic knowledge in networking like network switching and routing, network configuration and diagnosis
• Friendly, positive, self-motivated, people and service-oriented,
• Ability to work independently, willing to learn and with good communication skills
• Good communication skills, capable of maintaining good customer relations.
• Fresh Graduates will be considered
