  • Good communication and manners delivered in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • 2- 3 years in customer service 
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication Skills
  • Good business sense and selling skill
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Fast learner with passion on new technologies
  • Self-motivated, proactive and energetic team player
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in sales related role is a plus

 JOB DUTIES:Job Duties:

  • Handle customer’s enquiries, complaints through phone calls, emails and whatsapp
  • Work closely with internal departments such as logistic, technician and marketing to provide quality customer services
  • Resolving customer complaints, monitor and maintain good relations with customers
  • Train agents for handling customer’s enquiries, complaints through phone calls, emails in a professional manner
  • Monthly report preparations
