Customer Services Coordinator / Customer Service Executive – Forwarder /Logistic

Job Duties:

  • Answer customer inquiries and follow up on complaint cases via phone/email/messaging software
  • Use the system to issue invoice and update relevant information 
  • Establish good relationships with customers
  • Liaise with customers
  • Prepare reports

Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder, and 2 -3 years in customer service in forwarder or logistic or FMCG in trading
  • Self-motivated, initiative and able to work independently
  • Good Command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good PC Knowledge in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
