Job Duties:
- Answer customer inquiries and follow up on complaint cases via phone/email/messaging software
- Use the system to issue invoice and update relevant information
- Establish good relationships with customers
- Liaise with customers
- Prepare reports
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder, and 2 -3 years in customer service in forwarder or logistic or FMCG in trading
- Self-motivated, initiative and able to work independently
- Good Command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good PC Knowledge in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
