Responsibilities:
- Handling customer’s inquiries, claims, complaints, quotations and overseas agent correspondence
- Following up overseas routing orders and booking from customers
- Maintaining customer database
- Handling all import and export shipments
- Coordinating with operation departments to ensure customer orders are properly followed up
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduated or above
- Minimum one year’s relevant experience in handling customer correspondence / customer relations in logistics field
- Self-motivated, proactive team player and willing to learn and take challenge
- Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently under pressure and work in warehouses
- High proficiency in MS office applications
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
