Customer Services Coordinator (Freight forwarding)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full cycle of online ordering and respond to customer online enquiries within 24 hours
  • Follow through the online order delivery process by coordinating with the delivery partner
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints by phone, email or mail etc. in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with retail sales associate to provide excellent customer service especially during peak season
  • Support retail operations process and inventory management cycle
  • Prepare for pre-stock take and follow through the stock take procedure
  • Support the logistic arrangement includes stock order and transfer (PO, transfer, SO)
  • Be the coordination point among departments and external parties

Requirements:

  • Great telephone manner and customer service skill
  • At least 1 year of telephone customer service experience gained in the environment with high customer service standard
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
