Customer Services Manager / Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotation and invoices, process sales orders
  • Manage the inventory allocation
  • Maintain good relationship with customers in good manners
  • Prepare the monthly report
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
  • Min. 5 years relevant experience in the Sales & Marketing / Sales Coordination / Customer Service is preferred
  • Quick learner to learn about products & services and present to customers
  • Good analytical mind, well organization skills and good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (eg. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
