Responsibilities
- Coordinate & communicate between clients and internal different parties for shipment arrangement
- Provide excellent customer services to clients and prompt responses to clients’ inquires, complaints by phone or email.
- Follow up shipment, prepare billing and monthly statement
- other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- DSE / HKCEE or above
- At least 2 years or above customer service or logistics operation experience, preferably gained from logistics service provider
- Mature, good sense, responsible, willing to learn and able to work under pressure, initiative, positive mind set and well organized
- Good command of both written and spoken English (For Japanese Speaking- Japanese with JLPT N2 or above)
- Good Communication with our clients & colleagues
- Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office & Chinese word processing
- Client focus with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
