Customer Services Officer (Sales Administration)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and coordinating of incoming customer enquiries (local customers)
  • Prepare price quotations to customers
  • Prepare sales invoices
  • Prepare purchase orders to overseas manufacturing plants and local vendors
  • Follow up on sales / purchase orders with customers / vendors and suppliers
  • Prepare delivery notes and shipping documentation
  • Liaise and communicate with freight forwarders locally and/or abroad
  • Handling, organizing and controlling of shipments to customers

Requirements:

  • Secondary gradated 
  • At least 5 years or above in Sales coordination or Customer Services
  • Gained experience in Trading or Manufacturing is preferred 
  • Good computer skill, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Capable to work in a team, self-initiative and able to cope with job responsibilities
