Job Responsibilities
- Provide 7×24 data centre operation support (but 3-4 working days per week)
- Provide 1st & 2nd tier support to Data Center and responsible for data center system & network configuration
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Perform equipment installation, cables installation, equipment decommission and housekeeping
- Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to seniors
- Company will provide training workshops and on-the-job training to new joiner
Requirements:
- Technical Institute graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline prefer but not must
- Experienced in Data Centre is an assets
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English
- Discipline, self-initiative, self-motivate
- 3-5 years IT experience
