Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies, convert brand missions and commercial objectives into go-to-market plans, ATL, BTL and TTL execution for various channels
- Manage social media channels by scheduling content, generating innovative ideas, and creating engaging materials to drive user engagement and achieve conversion goals
- Optimize digital media buying for user acquisition on and re-marketing campaigns to enhance ROI efficiency
- Support e-commerce and loyalty program
- Organize, implement and monitor promotional & marketing campaigns and events based on the established objectives, budget and schedule
- Maximize sell through own brand properly merchandising point of purchase material
- Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant experiences, knowledge with E-commerce, SEO and SEM knowledge is an advantage
- Aptitude for continuous learning and able to apply new knowledge in a diverse and energetic work culture
- Able to work independently, detail-minded and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
