  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, and content marketing
  • Keep close track of industry news and competitor movements
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes
  • Liaise and coordinate with supplies, external partners and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of marketing plans

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing in household, Kitchenware in asia market, preferably in a digital marketing context
  • Proficient in both Japanese (Japanese N1 ) and Mandarin/English
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign development, execution, and analysis
  • Proficiency in using relevant marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
