- 14 years in merchandising in Fashion accessories, Bags, belt, hat, cosmetic in Sourcing office or trading
- Lead and manage a team for overseeing daily merchandising activities related to product and vendor sourcing, product development, price negotiations, purchase order and shipment management, vendors and buyers communication.
- ontribute to mid-range planning, business/vendor strategies and creations of different tools for meeting certain calendar timelines on product development, order placement and shipment
- Monitor the performance of associates in terms of their fulfillment on job responsibilities and personal development
- Execute and Implement key strategies and policies within division set by company management
- Travel to work with buyers/vendors for product development and buying trips
- Good commend of both English and Mandarin
