Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms (e.g., HKTVMall, Amazon, etc.). Upload and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor and process online orders efficiently. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone. Handle returns, refunds, and resolve customer complaints.
- Tracks social media data, maintains databases and prepares report
- Advertising campaigns on social media, including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- Contact KOL/KOC/brands for crossovers
- Ability to coordinate and perform video shooting, editing is an advantage
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor in eCommerce / Business or related disciplines.
- 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or a related role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and online marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Power Editor will be an advantage
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
