E-commerce Executive / Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms (e.g., HKTVMall, Amazon, etc.). Upload and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor and process online orders efficiently. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone. Handle returns, refunds, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Tracks social media data, maintains databases and prepares report
  • Advertising campaigns on social media, including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
  • Contact KOL/KOC/brands for crossovers
  • Ability to coordinate and perform video shooting, editing is an advantage
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in eCommerce / Business or related disciplines.
  • 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and online marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Power Editor will be an advantage
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
