Key Responsibilities:
- Planning sales strategy, analyze competitors performance, market trends and sales performance by using data tools
- Prepare forecasts, budget and performance reports
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns
- Ensure inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and supply chain logistics.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements::
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/International Trade or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience; has solid e-commerce experience in developing online channels in overseas market
- Proven success driving sales to the USA market, with hands-on expertise in US export compliance for consumer goods (tariffs/taxes, CPSIA testing/CPCs, country-of-origin rules, customs, and cross-border logistics).
- Deep knowledge of US e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.), analytics tools, PPC/SEO, and digital sales tactics are preferred
- Strong analytical/commercial acumen + creative campaign development
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, CRO, and email marketing best practices
- In-depth knowledge of digital sales tools, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis, and cross-border strategies
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently in the region.
- Good team player, proactive, passionate, multi-tasking, fast-paced, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Less experience is considered for Assistant Manager/Senior Officer
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
