Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Daily sales activities in Quickbooks Online (quotation and invoice)
- Handle HKTVmall operation
- Follow up sales orders and handle delivery schedule
- Conduct inventory report, sales report, tender document
- Coordinate with warehouse team, buyer team
Job Requirements
- University graduate in Business, eCommerce
- Minimum of 2 years working experience on eCommerce in HK market
- Business level English and Chinese; Mandarin a requirement
