- Maintain data in the Online System
- Supporting online sales and transaction processing, reviews and tracks issues
- Provide direct trouble shooting support to clients, liaising with technical & product support teams to achieve resolution to technical issues affecting clients
- Manage Sales Order & Drop shipment
