- 2 year in Ecommerce
- Provide online & offline customer service
- Operate all communications with customers by responding to customer product and order enquiry
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth delivery of order
- handle e-commence administration such as invoice checking , report preparation and SOP preparation
