Requirement and duties:
- 2 year in ecommerce in market place in China market
- Familiar with China – Tmall , JD mall
- Daily operating Tmall and JD Mall
- Updating new product uploads for new season range launches
- Taking full ownership of SKU optimisation and product page content management
- Monitoring stock movement and assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels
- Creating and implementing promotional calendars to drive sales at key periods
- Performing competitive analysis and calculations to plan and develop merchandising strategies that maximize customer interest and sales goals
- Preparing marketing materials
- Plan and execute online marketing activities to maximise sales potential and ROI
- Ensuring customer queries are answered promptly and effectively via chat, email and phone, maintaining live chat availability and a swift response time
- Handling daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports
